Any suggestion for minimum bid for either PE or BC? I must warn you, I have very little idea what most of you are talking about with all these numbers and letters as it all sounds like sanskrit to me most of the time, but I'm trying to learn so I appreciate your patience.

Premium Economy booking classes are G,E,N (more expensive to cheaper) and Business booking classes are J,C,D,Z,P (more expensive to cheaper). The numbers are the number of seats LH is still selling in each class where 9 means 9 or more.
I'm afraid I cannot answer your question about how much to bid for PE or BC. May I suggest you check the following thread?

There is no Premium Economy for MUC-TLV-MUC and it's not worth upgrading to Business since you will get the same seat (with the seat next to you kept free).
