Adding a door to a J seat won't drive prices up, but reducing the number of J seats available will (by shrinking supply while assuming demand holds steady). If a corporation is already willing to spend $7k on a ticket, they won't think twice about $7500 or even $8k.

C+ is not a separate cabin, it's just extra leg room in Y. A Four Class international plane would typically have First, Business, Premium, and Economy.

I think the reason to add W is to capture a market that DL doesn't have a product for. That's mostly independent of J demand, since for the most part either you're wealthy enough to buy J or have a job that pays for it, or you're not/don't. While I'd expect some marginal shift from J to W for various economic reasons, I think the bigger customer base will be people who can spend more than Y but can't afford J in the first place.
