Whilst there are as few benefits, I honestly can't see how Hilton / Lauren can say that things have not got worse.

I am simply not seeing any rooms at the capped points rate or lower at many hotels which begs the question as to how they can claim that the cap is still in place. This does seem to be false at many hotels.

It would be nice if Lauren could respond to these issues as currently loyalty to Hilton is deteriorating faster than a chocolate teapot with boiling water!!
