Like most others, I just priced up a C+P for the HGI in Dubai. Last week it was 183 AED + 12K and now (with the new system) it is 256 AED + 12K.

Base cost is still the same (ie 30K per room) but it is clear that the C+P has gone up despite the promise that it would not exceed previous ?
Yes, Points and Money were the only way of spending points at Hilton Honors, where Hilton Honors could compete with IHG.
