I had a similar meal when I was in South America recently. Sigh...why does most seafood have to be fried around here?!?

So I took some ground turkey, shredded sweet potato, onion, ginger, Thai green curry paste, and coconut milk and made some meat concoction that should last a few days. For brunch, I took some riced cauliflower and threw in a little curry paste that I opened up with some coconut cream and threw it in a bowl, topped it with the turkey stuff, a duck fat fried egg, and put some cilantro and pistachio on top. IDK what I'd call it but it's pretty good for what basically amounts to a kitchen purge concotion.
Sounds like a deliciously good concoction! (Love the duck fat fried egg, by the way! ^)
