Thank you! I believe her name was Kathy. She was nice and very efficient!

I have never had a problem changing dates on a business class RTW; if you were trying to change today for a flight tomorrow then maybe, but a reasonable time into the future should be no problem.

You can check the status of your booking on-line. You will see when it has been priced and so can then pay.
