I have a problem submitting a request for points after stay. I managed to do this a few days ago, but then only gave them the booking numbers, not knowing that they need the paid invoice. Ok. so i want to try again.
I fill in the form, and after adding the file, the 'Submit' button results in the page simply scrolling up, not submitting the request.
I tried this with: a) Firefox Mac, b) Safari Mac, c) Google Chrome Mac all the same results.
One thing I notices is that after I submit the Telephone number field (which had my phone number filled in) changed to say 'Telephone' after.
I also tried the same with PNG and JPG files. Yes I made sure the file sizes are below the stated limits. It's always the same issue: Submit scrolls up, no submission and *no error message*

Does anyone have a solution for this?
Email the necessary stuff to the hotel and ask for the points. Dont email le club.
