Please note that, while FSS personnel will not help you inside the restroom, they will help you get to the restroom within the AC (if you need special assistance). The accessible restrooms within the ACs are, in my experience, quite large and comfortable. Easy to use if you are on your own, and definitely good if you are helping a companion or parent who needs a bit of assistance before/after a flight. When in doubt, ask at the front desk.
