I'm looking at Hilton Odawara 21-22 Dec 2016. When logged-out it shows redemptions with HHonors points prices. When I 'select room' it asks for my HH number and password. Once I've added these and logged-in, I get a message saying "rate is no longer available" and am offered cash-only, even with HHonors box still ticked.
