It's my opinion, of course, but this is bad for multiple reasons. I keep the volume down (but not off), and these ads came on like a 21 gun salute. It disturbs people in the house, starting with me. Also, here on the edge of nowhere, I achieve download speeds that are quadruple a dial-up modem—on a good day. Having my bandwidth used to facilitate an annoyance compounds the issue. And I'm on a limited data plan when I travel, and downloaded noise (and, I suspect, accompanying motion) is not how I would choose to use my available bytes.

Please stop sound and video from automatically playing.
