I actually have done this on many occasions via e-mail - but they kept pretending not to understand or asking even more stupid questions, eventually saying there was no availability - because they took over 1.5 weeks to revert!
One time they never even replied to me, and I reminded after 1 month - and of course the flights were then not available, *or* they "couldn't book F + J"!!

Need to change my secondary card which is the Jet one. Any suggestions SFB? I still use the Citi one as my primary card but they gave me a warning for using it too much
