I'm heavily in favor of this service, but can't make reasonable use of it due to the fact that I can't get to Weston from Kitchener on any reasonable schedule or speed. 90 minutes Kitchener->Weston + UP + boarding times vs ~55 minutes without traffic door to door.
Don't you pass the airport driving from Kitchener to Weston UP stop?
