Especially after seeing metered ramps pop up all over the United States (they cannot be inexpensive, I would believe), whether it be the Long Island Expressway in New York, Interstate 75 in Atlanta, or the San Diego Freeway in Los Angeles, it made me wonder: do these metered ramps actually serve their intended purpose???
