Cookies... clean up history can help... but will never help the credit card massive fraud issues (3 cards in my case) and the lake of consideration from them (they keep very silent) + some very weird things on their app (reservations appears for the same day / same city / different hotels when booking a night... but are not present in the website) + hotels without any connection to GP (they can't even check the status... they have to call the hotline) + a lot of other things describe on different posts.
Great that you don't have any issues, but it's not a reason to deny that others can get.
The main problem right now is not about the issues, it's about how Hyatt manage the things. Even here their concierge is almost silent (used to be very active as i remember). So lake of communication + lake of efficient client support + silent makes people even more upset.
