Cancelled on hotel website; much quicker than calling Citi and be placed on hold while they talked to CWT. Maybe that's why TEN got replaced by Aspire. If the process is not commission driven, then somebody needed to manually verify the hotel stay actually took place and TEN might have not been doing such a good job at that. All speculation.
