You're talking pretty far down the tiebreaker for time of request unless they've changed how the priority works. It was status, then fare class... and if fare class is the same then the time of request comes in to play. Supposedly the DL Reserve card can factor in as a tiebreak with same fare class as well before time of request but don't know for sure anymore.
