Who are the people managing Hyatt? MY gosh! Look at their mobile App, it has been there for months and it NEVER WORKS. You can't log in and if you can, you can't book awards or any reservation. It gives you error message.

Booked a room at the HR ORD/Rosemont with points using the app in anticipation of bad weather this week without an issue. Subsequently cancelled the reservation using the app and had the points back almost instantly. IMO, the app seems to work better than the website. It can be a little quirky at times, but still seems better than the website.
