Except when they levy the burden of proof on you as rental companies are wont to do. I got a response from their claims team yesterday saying "thank you for your e-mail, we'll take it under advisement". You do that, Sixt. You do that or I swear to baby ducks, I'll never f'n rent with you again. Plenty of options in the U.S. that may not include as many Euro options, but then again, those who do, don't strip them down to the bare bones, either. Plus Silvercar.
