You have first month after major change, plus 3 day bank holiday. The miles posted exactly when one would expect them - one business day after holiday.
I'm not talking about the day of the month that miles post. I couldn't care less about that.
The monthly cap did not exist in the past, so it's not "the same exact thing" and the dates matter more. As I said, my spending on 7/23 showed up as 7/29 on SunTrust. I did not receive miles for that spending in August nor in September. Even if I exclude those purchases, I was still shortchanged this week. To be safe I exceeded $4000 in spending IN THE WINDOW YOU DESCRIBED and did not get my expected 2000 miles.
I don't want to call SunTrust either. There's no need to put eyes on my account. I simply asked if SunTrust had already explained to someone that maybe they're now using a calendar month or whatever.
