Yes, these rates are new and open to all Le Club members, irrespective of status. Once you are logged in they
should be bookable without a problem. I have used them before.
My understanding is this rate allows Accor to undercut OTAs where there are rate parity clauses in play.
Have you tried deleting all cookies in your browser?
