If the above isn't showing then PM the Accor Concierge on this forum. I have experienced this information disappearing on my account for short periods of time but usually reappears with 24 hours or so.

That is showing all the Points I have earned and redeemed from when I opened the account,
but is there a way to see how many Points I have earned during the last qualification period, or how many I need to requalify.
(The account is showing number of stays and nights )
