Same problem here... it seemes to happen a lot recently.
However, I usually can access the account again after a couple hours wait, but I have been logged out since yesterday morning.
I did a password reset and still no luck....
I'm in the same shoes. Can't even login (persistent email and password is incorrect messages). Also tried to do a password reset but when I click through to the link, all I got was an error.unknown message.
When will this be fixed? I'm actually traveling (and staying at Accor properties) and I can't even check my reservations
