My account is still not showing my Platinum account or my points--it has been several weeks. I deleted my cookies and I'm still seeing the message on my homepage from The Le Club Accorhotels Executive team saying "We are actually facing technical issues on Le Club Accorhotels website. Some members may not be able to access to their points balance and their loyalty cards on their personal account."
Amy, any update to when this issue supposed to be fixed for the rest of us???
