Can someone who is on your flight provide your name and AE # to request an upgrade or do YOU have to do it? I have always imagined that if has to be the person who owns the eupgrade credits. If so, that's even more perplexing. I'd hope an audit of that upgrade is easily done to figure this out. Please post back. This is most confusing.
