Because if you upgrade before March 1, you are charged the NUMBER per the 2014 terms. It takes eUps that won't be expired at flight time, but the amount is the old (lower) amount.
What the hell have others been doing then? I thought YYZNomad was upgrading flights well in to 2015 using his and other accounts?!?!?!
