It is always better to NOT draw too much attention to what you're doing. The way I see it most cashiers and even low level management does not understand what turning around thousands of dollars at a time would be good for. They try to get by with a $12-15 salary, maybe $20-25 for the supervisors if at all. They simple don't understand how or why people would buy $2-3k worth of giftcards at a time and then they see you coming back the other day rinse and repeat. They start speculating and tell their superiors about it and then those folks see corporate profitability problems looming on the horizon and then the SHTF...
I would think quarterly same store sales numbers would prompt managers to welcome MSers... Even if they lose a few bucks per 500, MS is pumping up volume numbers such that each VGC equals 2-3 "customers".
