True. It is, apparently, a 10 minute walk from Shiomi Station on the Keiyo Line. OTOH, there is a Costco at Shin-Misato Station on the Musashino Line that is about as walkable. The real question is: how does he plan on hauling back whatever he buys without a car? I've done it with a rolling suitcase and it is a pain.
