I just looked up this thread to post this very concern.
This has happened a few times to me recently. Sometimes if I log out and in again the rate shows for the first reservation I click on.

I have multiple reservations at different paid rates; some with breakfast and also some with points that I want to choose between and I can't tell the difference between them!
It will take a long conversation with GP to work through the details if I can't do this online.
Today my room rates are once again showing in my online reservations.

But I made 3 new reservations and cancelled one that I won't need. I did receive an email confirmation for the cancellation -- but after 6 hours I still haven't received the email confirmations for the new bookings.
Boo.
And before you ask, no, the emails are not in my spam folder.
I printed the booking details to PDFs, but I need the email confirmations for TripIt, etc. (***sigh***)
