I like to be able to check what the rate was via my online account rather than having to go back to each of trip-related email folders or the PDFs that I print. Correction: That I always TRY to print to PDF -- the Hyatt site is sometimes glitchy there, too, and won't allow a PDF to be generated.
But the main concern right now is that the specific RATE information is no longer present in the online reservation list. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I just looked up this thread to post this very concern.
This has happened a few times to me recently. Sometimes if I log out and in again the rate shows for the first reservation I click on.
Crazy!
I have multiple reservations at different paid rates; some with breakfast and also some with points that I want to choose between and I can't tell the difference between them!
It will take a long conversation with GP to work through the details if I can't do this online.
