FWIW, I believe that the new threshold is 362 days in the future, as Sabre now matches Amadeus (and Travelport and PARS) in handling flights up to 362 days out.
However, some (most? all?) airlines
hosted by Sabre (e.g. AA, AS, B6, HA and VX in the US) still only publish 331 days out (B6 will publish even less for their own reasons), probably because a whole spaghetti of software needs to be updated to handle the extra 31 days now available in the distribution part of the Sabre system.
