Just spoke with GP? I wasn't aware they were open this late... Surely there is something you can do to use your Diamond status.. Don't you have your 2014 card?

Regardless, leaving Hyatt seems kind of drastic, but oh well. I imagine you'll leave SPG the next time they have IT troubles?
