With the caveat that I'm not in FL so I'm not speaking from experience, SunPass (and, for that matter, most ETC agencies) will let you register any vehicle against your account. From looking at the SunPass site, I don't get the impression that their systems know the difference between a sticker tag and a traditional transponder tag.
