I stayed here a few weeks ago. The breakfast service in the restaurant space hasn't really changed.
I didn't look for dinner offerings in the lounge, although I did order off the room service menu which appeared to be a full menu, although perhaps contained a smidge fewer offerings than were available when Market existed. I don't know if the entrees and such were available in the lounge space.
