I was much happier with WN when all the Boston-area operations were out of MHT. Perhaps, it's perception, but when they added BOS as a city; it just seems that instead of having a larger selection of flights (from one city, MHT), service and choices are now split between the two airports.

Though, one thing going for WN, is terminal E at Boston-Logan is not particularly busy in the morning/afternoon, prior to the majority of international departures.
