award fare rules are visible the same place as regular fare rules.
Once you have selected the itin, just before you enter traveler info, select "View Rules and Restrictions"
If you post the fare rules use a CODE section
at the very bottom - after "flight application", there are restrictions listed on spanning regions/countries - I think thats very important in understanding the limits on stops/stopovers. I noticed you had them cut-off probably as part of FA pruning.
