Whether the function is in-house / outsourced, it's the same fundamental process. I expect my shirts to be returned unbottoned. But, that's me. And, I could care less if they are returned buttoned. But, that's me.

Communicating with the property is the best way to avoid microscopic concerns (see entire thread about room cleaner who tossed some dry cleaning plastic wrap).
