This is not a Marriott-specific issue.
You are incorrect as Marriot does have inhouse laundry. You have to know each property.
And I'm staying at a non-Marriott property who returns shirts with collars buttoned. So again, it's hotel specific.
I'm simply asking
Marriott to standardize the practice and not unbutton shirt collars.
