The website forced me to buy W fare on the outbound and H on the inbound. So I purchased everything, feeling that it was kind of nice of them to bump me up to PEY even when I only selected "Economy", even though I knew it wasn't anything special.

Few weeks later I was trying to book a similar itinerary for a separate trip, and this time I really needed to be there at specific times. Much to my horror when I clicked into the site K fare was available for both ways! So I did a dummy booking on the first itinerary and found the same thing, I could have booked K for both outbound and inbound if I hit "fixed travel dates"! Gosh this glitch made me pay 5k HKD more! Watch out people, be smart and make sure you try out every possible option that yields booking results before you start entering your credit card detils...
