Not that shocking. Most every sit-down restaurant I see charges $2.00-$2.50, but with free refills. They probably don't have an option to ring in for a cheaper no-refill drink. One place I hang out does have a "kids pop" that comes in a smaller cup, but not sure how much cheaper it is.
