Good to hear. Please let us know when this has happened because the current chart makes it look like you are earning the bonus over the reduced Basic rate (and it isn't clear whether that meant you would get 75%[50% + 50%x50%] or 100%[50% + 50%] of the mileage). Examples or more verbage maybe?
You should know that at, at least, one Fortune 100 company booking through Carlson WagonLit, the corporate travel folks couldn't get the Economy prices to show instead of Basic. I don't know if it was technology or training...
