don't sweat it. if you do blind imperial with dom, half will choose the the imperial.

if you do a really high end champagne, like a salon, or a krug, or tattinger blanc de blanc, 75% will choose the imperial. highenders are very dry, tart, and do not have the yeast flavor which makes the fullness. also, if you think price makes good, wrong. crystal is a serious joke.
