Everyone I know in Oshkosh flies out of GRB or ATW... I have yet to fly out of MKE since moving to OSH. Have not seen any better pricing by flying out of MKE. I do enjoy the "dead" ATW airport though... super easy in/out with little or no waiting in any lines.
