I don't think you can buy duty free items in PUF when going to a domestic destination (even if you are connecting there). You can buy stuff of course, but it will not be tax free. Duty free shopping will have to be done in CDG, in your departure terminal, after having cleared immigration.
When you are referring to customs in your post, keep in mind that it's not customs but passport control (immigration). Customs is a different thing, handled by different persons and there is no customs clearance on departure.
