There's no reason to be embarrassed to ask. You certainly could say something simple, like, I'm trying to decide between a mixed drink and something bubbly. What type of sparkling wine do you offer?

Whenever I want to ask for something - anywhere - and at first I feel potentially embarrassed by the question, there's usually a way to rephrase the question so it sounds totally different!
