It might be an email filter issue if the itineraries are coming from a "new" email address that is not known by your system..ie the old UA email address.
I have used the email function a couple of times lately and inserted multiple email addresses. Some get through (webmail), but I never see them in my work email.
When I have some time I will investigate the spam filter and see if I can get the distribution address listed as "safe".
