Once I received some cavalier information that "THEY" can't help by phone my next "WEB FORM" would be a charge back on my CC for purchased product not received!

You paid for E+ seats and never got them, mainly because "THEY" are screwed up, so charge it back and put an immediate end to the lack of professional service!
