When I click on view the cancelled reservations at the inactive section, it shows "This reservation has been cancelled and is being processed for a refund."
If it's been 6 weeks, you might want to call in. I waited 4 weeks for a tax refund, ending up calling in, got put through to Refunds where an agent did it the same day.
