Think about -- do they really care about getting a few miles for 0.8 cpm or a couple of 3 figure affiliate bonuses?
I sort of wish that you couldn't transfer these Wyndham points to miles at all.... I'm happy to use them at hotels. There's good value there.
I just wish banks would stop offering referral payments to the bloggers, it only encourages them to screw up these limited but lucrative type deals for everyone else. If anyone is thinking of applying for any airline credit card, check Credit Karma
www.creditkarma.com for referral links. They will have the same deal the bloggers have, they provide a free useful service in checking your credit report and unlike the bloggers, they don't blab about every little way to exploit miles and points. So if you want to keep deals like this alive, do not ever use a blogger's referral for a credit card!
