You already get a free first checked bag to most overseas destinations, so this isn't really a downer.
This is nice though; I am glad to see Citi/AA step up to compete with the offering from Chase/UA. The Chase/UA card offers a few more benefits, but this is at least in the same realm. A definite incentive to keep one of these around.... I've got 3 (2 personal, 1 business) and need to cancel 2 of them. Only wish that it was a completely new card, so that I could churn it
