7 days and counting (or in your case, 12 days) to get a reservation ticketed is simply shameful and any airline that can't do a simple reservation immediately should be embarrassed!
I just assumed that my ticket somehow got 'stuck' in the system, and after giving it time to work itself out without success, I decided to call! Mine involved an e-cert that was in a 'suspense' account so I originally had dealt with web support, so was surprised when it didn't actually ticket completely!
